Actually i have a problem so, if any boday have a solution kindly revert back, actually problem in my last job i have recived my two months sallery by checks and the company is closed after that and now the boss is not giving my sallary so, what to do ??

Before giving any solution, I suggest you some points for forums, please check proper spellings before posting contents as this is posted by Admin on your behalf so, admins as per your guidelines post contains many spelling mistakes.

In answer to your query, if the firm is closed but you can still claim salary as you wrote you got cheques are these bounced or you still did not present for payment?

If these are bounced then there is a clear scenario of cheating you can claim.

Practically if company is closed then you have little options to do. If company is liquidated/wind up, then liquidator will be appointed. He will settle all the claims on pro-rata basis. This whole process takes time.
