Its regarding selection criteria of Gems of Nnagal, whats the criteria of selection?
There are lot of people who are already gems but not in the list in mynangal. They are already gems so why they apply here for gems, isn't it like you people will go and get there interview and the publish in mynangal.

Its not true that you started a section named gems but from a long back there is no announcement

you can take it as a suggestion instead of complaint.
